Services are stretched across many agencies with no single and appropriate owner of the outcomes. People fall through the gaps, and the city is left to pay the cost.

Implement all available and appropriate best-practice solutions, building on North American cities' successes.
- SUPPORT & SUSTAIN
Work with Infrastructure Ontario to revive LPH as the long-term solution to transitional housing and mental-health care improvement in Thunder Bay and the region.
